What we store
Your Google account data used to identify you (name, email, profile photo), your tutor profile and availability if you are a tutor, bookings, reviews you leave, and reports you submit. Tutors who connect their calendar: we store an encrypted refresh token limited to calendar events.
What we never store
Payment data. We process no payments — students pay tutors directly, so no card numbers or payment history ever reach us. We also have no private messages: the platform has no chat.
Cookies
Three cookies only: your sign-in session, your interface language, and your timezone for showing lesson times. No tracking or analytics cookies. To pick the default language we look up the country of your IP address locally — the IP itself is never stored.
Google services
Sign-in and the lesson calendar run on Google. When a tutor approves a lesson, a calendar event with a Google Meet link is created on the participant calendars — that is the only data flow to Google beyond sign-in itself.
Your data
Write to us and we will export or delete your account with all bookings and reviews. Deleting an account cancels future lessons.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Bookings and reviews are kept for the platform statistics unless you ask for deletion.
